Keep refridgerated and use within 3 days. Remove from the fridge before use. Roll to desired thickness. For baking follow your recipe.
Freeze as soon as possible after purchase . Once frozen consume within 1 month. Defrost overnight in a fridge or for 2 hours at room temperature. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
